PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through Paypal using a Paypal account or by using visa, mastercard, american express, solo or most other forms of card. Don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure of the process!

DELIVERY
Mr and Mrs YOKE use the Royal Mail to deliver all your orders. We aim to dispatch by the next working day, using first class for UK or Airmail for overseas orders.

Delivery times- UK 1-2 days, Europe 3-8 days, USA 5-10 days, rest of world 14 days.

Please be aware you are responsible for any import duty/charges which may apply!

RETURNS
Remember, all our products are printed by hand so slight variations in finish and position may occur but that's the beauty of screen printing!

However, in the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact us in the first instance to discuss a refund/exchange.

Items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging within 7 days. Return postage responsibility lies with the customer.
